When are your residential facilities available?

Residential conference facilities are available during the University vacation periods:

Christmas 2007: Sunday 16th December 2007 - Saturday 5th January 2008
Easter 2008: Sunday 16th March 2008 - Saturday 12th April 2008
Summer 2008: Sunday 15th June 2008 - Saturday 20th September 2008

Christmas 2008: Sunday 14th December 2008 - Saturday 10th January 2009
Easter 2009: Sunday 22nd March 2009 - Saturday 18th April 2009

University Park provides a beautiful setting for all your conference needs, while the Jubilee Campus provides a more contemporary venue with award-winning architecture. The UNCC also benefits from the purpose-built East Midlands Conference Centre  which provides an excellent conference and exhibition space with outstanding facilities.

How many guests will you be inviting?

The UNCC can accommodate virtually any size of event you have in mind.

From minimums of ten, to a maximum of 588 at the East Midlands Conference Centre, we have the space and flexibility to adapt to all of you needs. Click HERE for more information.

University Park is a beautiful setting and can accommodate up to 3000 overnight guests. Alternatively, the Jubilee Campus had a more contemporary feel, just two miles from the main campus and has 600 en-suite rooms available for your guests.

Where will your guests be travelling from?

The UNCC provides the perfect conference location at Nottingham in the heart of the UK and is easily accessible by road, rail and air from every part of the UK and abroad.

Will you be holding seminars, meetings, exhibitions, workshops or a full-scale banquet?

The UNCC has every type of meeting space imaginable, from traditional oak-panelled libraries to state of the art 21st century lecture theatres to a purpose-built banqueting and exhibition suite.

Do delegates have access to sports and leisure facilities?

Subject to availability, sports facilities are available free of charge to residential conference delegates staying at the University of Nottingham . The Sports Centre is based on University Park and includes: squash, tennis, badminton, 5-a-side, fitness centre and an indoor swimming pool.
