First, our dedicated and experienced team of sales executives will discuss your initial enquiry with you, including the dates you're considering and how the University of Nottingham can host your event.

Professional event co-ordination

When you confirm your booking, you'll be allocated an experienced Event Co-ordinator who'll be your personal contact throughout the process. You'll enjoy a completely bespoke service with regular meetings and correspondence, and if you have any specific technical or food and drink requirements, we'll discuss them with you, providing suggestions and ideas whenever you need them.
